The honest version
Two tune-ups cost $258 on their own, so the plan pays for itself in visits alone. What members actually value is the priority. On the first sub-zero night of the year we run 40 to 60 no-heat calls; members are seen first, every time.
What a tune-up includes
Heating: combustion analysis, heat exchanger inspection with a camera, carbon monoxide test, safety switches, ignition, blower, filter, thermostat calibration. Cooling: coil cleaning, refrigerant charge check, electrical connections, capacitor test, condensate drain cleared. Each ends with a report you can read in two minutes.
